BD4 Terms & Conditions — read this before joining

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bd4 platform (https://bd4.xyz). By registering an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Bd4 is operated by an internationally licensed gaming company. Although these terms are written in Bengali, the original English version shall prevail in the event of any legal dispute. bd4 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time — any changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform.

Each person may register only one account on bd4. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. bd4 reserves the right to close any account created with false details at any time. You are solely responsible for the security of your account — never share your password with anyone.

• Providing your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at registration is mandatory.
• Sharing your account with any other person is strictly prohibited.
• If your login credentials are stolen or lost, notify bd4 immediately.
• Bd4 reserves the right to decline any registration application, for any reason.

The minimum age to use bd4's services is 18. This is a strict policy with no exceptions. A date of birth must be provided at registration, and proof of age must be submitted as part of the KYC verification process prior to any withdrawal.

The following government-issued documents are accepted for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. bd4 may request additional documents if any information appears unclear or incomplete.

Deposits on bd4 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited instantly. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. No additional charges apply to deposits.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• If you have an active bonus, its wagering requirement must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Bd4 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

Bd4 does not support any money laundering activities. For large transactions, additional information may be requested in accordance with our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy.

All betting and gaming activities on bd4 are conducted on the basis of fairness. The outcome of every game is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is certified by an independent third party. bd4 does not alter the results of any game.

For Sports Betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with bd4's own rules.
• If there is a clear error in the odds, bd4 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a bet is not confirmed during live betting due to a network disconnection, it will be considered void.

All bonuses and reward offers on bd4 come with their own terms. Please read the full conditions of any offer carefully before claiming a bonus.

General Bonus Terms:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only. Can be claimed once.
• Wagering Requirement: A specified bet amount must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by offer.
• Duration: Bonuses must be used within a specified time frame. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically removed.
• Game Restrictions: Some games do not contribute to bonus wagering. A list is provided in the offer's terms.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum stake per bet applies while a bonus is active.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd4 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses and offers more than once.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Attempting to hack another user's account.
• Exploiting platform technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Republishing or distributing any part of the platform without bd4's permission.
• Assisting minors or managing an account on their behalf.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Bd4 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or if false information is proven.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• Repeated involvement in prohibited activities.

Before closing an account, bd4 will generally send an email notice and allow the user an opportunity to explain — however, in cases of serious violations, immediate closure may be carried out without prior notice.

You may request to close your own account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

Bd4 is deeply committed to Responsible Gaming. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment — it should never become a cause of financial or emotional stress.

The following tools are always available to bd4 users:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given time period.
• Session Time Limit: Your account will be automatically logged out after a set period of inactivity.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for anywhere from 7 days up to 5 years.
• Reality Check: Regular pop-ups will remind you how long you have been playing.

Continued use of bd4 after updated Terms & Conditions take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request to close your account.
